酒店超級差的，首先謝謝前台給房間升級，但是不能給我有問題的房間啊。一進去就發現衞生桌子特別臟都沒擦乾淨，廁所馬桶也沒有擦乾淨，根本不仔細水壺的水都沒倒，而且衞生間的排風器也是壞的。一開始開着空調吹着風扇吃東西沒有感覺很熱，後面吃完東西躺床上才發現進來一個小時了，空調不怎麼製冷，躺床上特別熱，沒有蓋被子的情況下。第一次跟前台反饋了，前台小哥上來調了度數，他讓我等10幾，20分鐘。20分鐘過後我跟前台反饋房間還是不冷，衹有空調底下是涼的，要求換房沒給我換，讓他們經理上來了，重新給空調調了度數，讓我再等10幾分鐘左右，走之前語氣還很不好地説，這個房間已經給升級了，我就想問房間升級了就能給不好的房間給客人嘛，最後一直到3:00整個房間還是不冷的，還是需要吹着自己的小風扇才能勉強不熱。再次聯繫前台前台説沒有房間可壞了，但是攜程所有的房型都在賣。然後親他又説沒有權限壞了，最後就是説所有的房間空調都這樣子的，那我請問這個房間的設備是不是不過關。最後前台就是不給換房間也得不到解決…走之前發現大廳的空調都比房間的冷的還要冷…前面的衞生不過關就算了，到最後房間都不ok，而且我想問馬桶沖水的水是二次利用的嗎？為什麼每次沖出來的水都很臟？

酒店設施完善，性價比高，wifi給力，環境不錯，地理位置好，房間很好非常喜歡，特別是衞生乾淨整潔，免費停車場，自駕遊的兄弟姐妹來這裏住都很方便。

第一次來入住。體驗很不錯，房間很大比較新，設備各方面都很齊全。有洗衣房，停車方便，離天虹和人民廣場都挺近的，性價比不錯，值得推薦！

衞生：衞生打掃的很好，床單被罩潔白如新
環境：周邊有不少美食店，快餐店滿足不同消費羣體，對面還有超市感覺就是方便！
