I have been to Jieyang several times, and I stayed at the Yingbin Hotel every time. The hotel lobby is very grand and belongs to the appearance of Jieyang. The room is relatively large, clean and sanitary, and the breakfast is also rich. What surprised me was that I found that the hotel added a butler service this time, which is very considerate, meticulous and convenient.

Jieyang Guest House is located at the foot of the beautiful Huangqi Mountain and has a unique low-key and luxurious geographical location! The hotel's interior decoration style is elegant and the room layout is comfortable and tasteful. Our housekeeper is thoughtful, considerate and responsible. He quickly helps to solve the requests raised. Because we brought the elderly and children out to play, we are from the Northeast and there is no indoor heating in the south. I booked a family room online. The hotel called us one day in advance to ask about our requirements for room layout and gave us the greatest satisfaction. We arranged a room with Mickey bedding suitable for girls. But after checking in, the elderly felt that the room was cold. I was embarrassed to bother the hotel again, but after sitting for a while, I still contacted the housekeeper. The room on the sunny side was quickly changed, upgraded, and a hot air blower was sent. It made our family feel warm all of a sudden. I would like to thank our housekeeper and everyone at the lobby front desk for their care for us! I would also like to thank Manager Sui of the restaurant for taking the initiative to care about us, the elderly, and our dining situation in his busy schedule! Once again, we felt the warmth of home! The first stop of our family's trip to Chaoshan this time was Jieyang, and it was also here that we spent the New Year's Eve of 2024-2025. We left beautiful and unforgettable memories at the Jieyang Guest House, where we felt the warmth of Chaoshan, not only the warmth of the climate, but also the warmth of the people here. Although I have been away for several days, these warm moments will be unforgettable for my family and me!

Although the hotel has been open for nearly ten years, some places look a bit old, and it is still run by a local state-owned enterprise; but I was unexpectedly very satisfied with many details. First of all, the hotel has a superior location and a magnificent appearance. The sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance at the door and the aromatherapy throughout the hotel are refreshing. The service is also very considerate and meticulous; the room is clean and hygienic, especially the hardness of the mattress and the height of the pillow are almost the same as those used at home, which really makes me feel at home. I will have the opportunity to bring my children here to play in the water and eat delicious food in Jieyang~
