Donghu Grand Hotel

For a hotel that costs more than 400 yuan a night, it's really bad! First of all, they upgraded our room to Building C for free. It was newly renovated and had a very strong smell. Then go back to the front desk and change back to the old building. The restaurant's facilities are outdated, the shower in the bathroom is broken, and the soundproofing is poor. The most uncomfortable thing is that we were assigned a room close to the passage door and the club outside. It was so lively at night that even with the windows closed, we could hear the people singing in the club opposite. Moreover, the floors here are low, with only 3 floors at the highest, so we could hear the people talking downstairs clearly. We called the front desk to report the situation but they only said that there was no room for us to change and they didn't know how to handle it. Later, I asked the manager to help us move to a double room in Building C. It was already past two in the morning. If this was a hotel under 200 it would be fine (I've stayed in hotels under 200 and they were better than this), but for a four-star hotel that costs over 400 a night it's really terrible! And the location is not very convenient. You need to ride a bike to get to the city and tourist attractions.

Beautiful environment, large room, clean bedding, rich breakfast, convenient transportation!
