首先，我們地圖上找到的地方距離綿山6公里，打車到一半結果找不到給老闆打電話，老闆説地圖不是她寫的，跟她沒有關係，協商退房無果，酒店老闆打開電話就是一頓罵，態度極其惡劣，這是對顧客的尊重嗎？進店後，含含糊糊的，問什麼都説不知道，詢問老闆房間的暖氣怎麼使用，好多按鈕，她説插上電就行了，連最重要的登記入住都衹是在紙上寫的。根本沒有查驗身份證，一點都不正規。而且連基本的一次性用具都沒有！是我們半夜去找老闆要的，還得自己要！還不知道哪個房間有沒有入住客人，老闆打開一間門説這裏可以住，然後發現這間有人入住，這算的上是一家合格的店嗎？一進門房間很冷，床單被罩均是上個旅客使用過的，上面有頭髮，明顯的異物感！水壺電線都是外露的，不敢用，自來水衹能喝廁所的，健康無法保證！插座有幾個不能用，衞生間地上有明顯腳印，洗手枱的架子上還有用過的一次性用品以及上個旅客留下的物品，牆上掛了使用過的毛巾，留有毛髮。馬桶特別特別不乾淨，一看就是沒有打掃的，裏面還有沒有沖乾淨的痕跡。熱水還不好使，最難受的是牆還漏風，晚上巨冷（這才4月和冬天沒區別）！晚上睡覺蟲子還在地上爬，床上也有，嚴重影響休息根本沒法好好休息！老闆不給退房，勉強度過一晚上，第二天有朋友發現被蟲子咬了，在床上捏死兩衹蟲子，褥子不厚，被子也是硬硬的，枕頭套不是一次性的不知道使用過多少次，牙刷杯子不是一次性紙杯，不知道多少個人用過的玻璃杯，窗户漏風極其嚴重，現在想起來就難受，要趕緊收拾一下衣服了，總之，態度、安全、衞生、安靜都無法保證！極其不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦不推薦🙄🙄🙄🙄😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

就在綿山景區門口，非常近！住宿環境也不錯很乾凈！在窗户口就能看到絕美的日落！老闆也很熱情，所有注意事項講的清清楚楚，讓我們有任何問題都可以找他，一樓也有自家飯店，非常方便！

最差的一次住宿體驗了。也許是因為離景區近，不缺客源的原因吧，老闆服務跟不上，房間的衞生條件不好，衞生紙、牙刷、吹風機得跟老闆要，否則就是沒有，最重要的是熱水跟不上，淋浴噴頭的水流僅夠把身上打濕，而且，到了早上連冷水都沒有了，沒法刷牙洗臉、沒法上廁所.....唉！其實完全可以在靈石縣住，早上開車或打車過來，比在景區門口住好多了。

熱水壺一插就冒火花和煙，差點沒把我電死，洗漱衞生用品衹有牙刷和牙膏外加一款特別小的透明版的雙層的衞生紙，一擦就擦手上的那種，沒有毛巾，晚上衹有滾燙的熱水，沒法洗漱，廁所也不能沖。
