設施：酒店比較新，房間也大設施也挺齊全的
衞生：很乾凈衞生
環境：酒店周圍環境很好
服務：前台服務超好的，自己打包回來的東西她們也能幫忙加熱

酒店亂收費床上用品什麼都沒有，本來平台上訂的78.我們超時了前台讓我們轉60塊給他我們轉到他微信上了結果還從平台上多扣了39塊真的很無語

房間衞生很差，廁所反味，住了三天讓換床單也沒有換，還是原來的那個。床單也是被煙頭燙過的。

來棉湖住宿首選就是棉峯商務賓館，已經來入住多次了，賓館位置出入方便，停車也非常方便。房間乾淨衞生，服務也非常好，住得很舒心。

1.這個酒店環境極差，不僅地板臟 床單還有不知名污漬2.抽氣風扇臟，目測應該有幾年沒清理過了吧，開啟時還會有黑色小毛毛掉落在牀頭櫃和床單，不開的話房間很悶，根本睡不好覺
3.本人想打電話讓前台送一次性拖鞋，電話都沒有步驟指示如何找到前台，衹能自己打電話或者下樓前台
4.門口上缺失拉鍊，有位成熟女性未經本人同意連敲門都沒有就私自用門卡打開本人的房門，並把一次性拖鞋扔在沙發上，並用不耐煩的表情及語氣對我們説為什麼不接外賣員電話，最後還大力關門走人。不僅沒有該酒店人員該有的專業精神，安全防備也不足，更沒有做人的禮貌及修養！！！
總結一句話:以後永遠都不會再來這間所謂的連鎖酒店!
