Positive:
Location is within a 15 minutes walking distance to the vibrant food & night market streets of Hepo town.
The front desk lady was very courteous & provided a great customer service with a warm welcoming smile.
My questions & requests were promptly & politely answered with satisfactory responses.
Room warm & cool air conditioning works perfectly.
Negative:
The bed mattress was a bit too firm for my liking.
The secondhand smoke from smokers walking along the corridors drifts through the closed room door.
Suggestions to this hotel management should isolate & segregate smokers to a different floor of this hotel.
Non smokers should be given the option to breathe in “smokeless & clean air” while sleeping.
After all, non smokers pay the same $$ to get a good rest that they deserve.
Smokers should pay extra cleaning levy for the ash they drop everywhere & cigarette butts burns on hotel assets.
Noisy, inconsiderate & selfish hotel guests, talking loudly while walking to their rooms at 3am in the morning.

Good hotel in Jiexi. It is a bit old but room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The receptionist was helpful and location is quite OK. It is not in the middle of the busy area but XinAn road within walking distance has many food to offer.

It's not humane. There's a charge for adding a quilt. I have stayed in so many hotels and never encountered such weird requirements. The room has no window and the quilt is itchy. I will never book here again.

Stayed one night on the way to Jiexi. The hotel is close to the county government and is convenient for travel. There are parking spaces at the door for self-driving. During the Spring Festival, the price is less than doubled than usual, and the price-performance ratio is good. The beautiful lady at the front desk is hospitable. The room has standard facilities of dry and wet separation and no windows (I knew there were no windows when I booked). The drawback is that the floor drain smells bad and the ventilation fans in the two rooms are not strong enough. Of course, the price is set, so you can't ask for too much.

The facilities are still the same, the passage has been renovated, the hygiene is ok but the bed is a bit old, overall it is comfortable. ! Maybe because business has been bad recently, the service is much better.

Better than expected. The environment and hygiene are great. The only flaw is that the service attitude of the aunt who changes small equipment can't keep up with the hotel, but it does not affect the overall experience
