Very nice & spacious room's. This hotel equipped with complementary 24 hrs laundry washing machine & dryer. Clean bed room & only bathroom look a old fashioned but is clean & tiny.

We are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi.
Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use.
Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space.
There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away.
Highly recommended to everyone.

The hotel is newly renovated and very smart. It also provides small gifts, which is worthy of recognition, but a good hotel should pay more attention to details. There are a few things that I would like to improve on this stay: 1. The hot water is very slow and the water is still very warm after 30 minutes. Imagine if you will catch a cold in winter? I called the front desk and found out that the floor manager had a long line, so he kept draining water...but it was just bad. 2. There were no hooks to hang towels or clothes in the entire hotel, so after taking a shower, I had to come out naked to get dressed~ The towels had to be placed on the counter. 3. The hotel is on an old street, so there are few restaurants around, which is very inconvenient.

Overall, it's okay. There are some things that need improvement. There is no tissue paper in the room. The edge of the bed is very sharp and can easily be scratched.
