酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，環境不錯哦，酒店對面是濱江公園，早晚散步空氣好，服務員小姐姐熱情接待，因事申請延遲退房也得到幫助，太棒了，下次來一定再住鳳凰酒店。

臨時下高速住了一晚。槽點太多了，房門不嚴密隔音很差，麻將房吵鬧的很。洗手間沒有乾濕分離，也不提供地墊。房間有些燈找不到開關 需要總開關控制；花灑固定不住，需要一直用手拿着……哎，太不專業了，體驗不好。
