There was hair all over the floor as soon as I entered the door. The facilities were old and the hygiene was really average.

The entire hotel facilities are old and old like an old castle. There is a reason why the business is not good. It feels like it is wearing the shell of a five-star hotel with the decoration facilities from 30 years ago.

Very poor service. The room was not cleaned when I extended my stay. The sockets in the room were almost unusable. There was no USB port. The breakfast was very poor.

Bad review. I am really angry that the front desk could make such a low-level mistake. Someone else was able to use the room card to swipe in once when the room was occupied. On the next morning, another guest swiped the card to take a shower. I was shocked. It was a very bad stay experience. The hotel has not responded yet. They said that the manager would deal with it. The perfunctory attitude of the front desk.
