本次入住很不開心，前台服務意識太差。因為洗髮水放的很高，孩子夠不到，拿的時候不小心把洗髮水瓶子弄掉在地上破了，主動打電話跟前台説，前台不但沒有問有沒有扎到孩子或者砸到孩子，上來就是讓賠了40塊錢，你就差這40塊錢嗎？住了界首最貴的酒店，就是這種服務？第一，洗髮水沒有多少了，完全可以讓服務員重新送一瓶；第二，一瓶洗髮水不值40塊錢；第三，原本我可以選擇不告訴你，一分錢也不需要賠償；第四，洗髮水用快完了，也要重新換一瓶。對於酒店這種處理方式我是非常不滿意，請站在客户的角度去考慮一下，還請酒店總經理重視。
