1. The hotel is close to Jiayuguan Railway Station and a certain distance from Xiongguan Square, Datang Food Street, etc.
2. The hotel shares a building with other hotels. The second floor seems to be a pedicure center, which is not pure.
3. The family room is large in size, the mattress is comfortable, other hardware and equipment are average, and the floor plan is a bit awkward, but it is still very comfortable overall (large area is the last word)
4. You can see the top of Qilian Snow Mountain outside the hotel window, which is a plus.
5. The menu in the restaurant is single and the taste is very average.
6. The waiters are generally indifferent (this is a common feeling among several cities in Gansu this time, and is not a unique problem of this hotel)

The hotel was very comfortable, the service was proactive and thoughtful, when they saw there were children, they took the initiative to bring children's slippers and toothbrushes, and gave tea as soon as they came in. The cleanliness of this room was below average compared to other Chinese hotels in similar price range..there were even quite a couple of hair on the ground. The friendliness of the staff was great and I felt welcome. Location is good, just in the heart of the city. Overall decent hotel for a decent price but please clean more properly.

Iian_smashThe hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. Plenty of shops and convenient stores around. Though we only ate at the restaurant (L3) located in the same building as the hotel which is very handy. Food was delicious. Breakfast is ok. Just a quick bite to keep you going. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. Did an overnight stay as that is sufficient enough for visiting the sights. Would recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was nice, big and clean, but the price was a bit expensive at 400, making it the most expensive hotel on this trip to the Hexi Corridor. The hotel is in a great location, probably in the city center of Jiayuguan, with a shopping mall next to it. We had dinner at Master Wang's Mutton Soup Restaurant on the recommendation of the front desk lady. The mutton broth and mutton tripe broth were both delicious, especially the stir-fried lamb liver.

TTrNguyenThere are many restaurants around and the bus stop is a short walk. Easy to catch a taxi. Staff is helpful despite our language barriers, we managed to communicate with translator apps. Hostel is relatively clean but can be improved and more organized. For example, the faucets and mirrors need to be cleaned more thoroughly. There aren’t toilet tissues.

GGuest UserDuring the National Day holiday, I took advantage of the children's holiday and the weather was not hot and chose to travel to Gansu-Dunhuang-Jiayuguan. When traveling from Dunhuang to Jiayuguan, I stayed at Starway Hotel. Because it is a chain, I want to guarantee the quality. After checking in, the room was clean and the front desk service was good. It was very good. There were small red flags and snacks for children. It was during the National Day and the children were very happy to have them. There was mineral water on the tea bar and I took a lot of them when I left.

JJessicaFirst let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

There are many restaurants around, but the only thing I have to say is that the room is close to the road and it is very noisy. We are woken up by the noise outside the window before six every morning. When we opened the curtains, we saw these people who didn't know what they were doing making a lot of noise until eight o'clock. I wanted to change rooms, but I also work in the hotel industry and know how difficult it is to work in the service industry, so I endured it. People who sleep lightly should not choose this room type.

GGuest UserLocated in the scenic area of Guancheng, the environment is good. Make no mistake, the difference between Guancheng and Guancheng is two scenic spots. You can order takeout, write the address yourself, and the guy will deliver it directly to your room. The room is quite large, but the service is basically non-existent. The environment is generally hygienic and the equipment is average. There is no hand sanitizer or towels in the bathroom sink. There is a small courtyard in the room, but it has not been taken care of for a long time. It provides an opportunity for my son to watch ants move food. Overall it's okay.

The opposite was the big supermarket. The front desk clerk was beautiful and the service was very warm. Because it was a room booked online, Two rooms were set at a time. The front desk clerk first let us see the room to check in. Maybe it is the reason for the Spring Festival. It happens to be the third day of the New Year. Most waiters are on vacation. The room attendant may clean up in a hurry. There are stains on the bed, and I feel a little unhappy. In particular, I criticized the room attendant for not working well. The front desk was very warm and apologized immediately and replaced the upgraded room. The heating in the room was too cool, but the house hardware was a bit old.
