The service was very good. I left my ID card at the front desk. I called and they said the robot would bring it up right away. We were about to go upstairs when we found that they had also given the child a toothbrush and slippers. The slippers they brought into the house included not only the ones that came with the hotel but also the ones they had at home. The comfort level was perfect. The front desk was very good. They gave us fruit and yogurt when we entered the door. The child in the shower room closed the door and couldn't open it. The front desk came and solved it in minutes. There are many restaurants around and the bus stop is a short walk. Easy to catch a taxi. Staff is helpful despite our language barriers, we managed to communicate with translator apps. Hostel is relatively clean but can be improved and more organized. For example, the faucets and mirrors need to be cleaned more thoroughly. There aren’t toilet tissues.

I had a half-day schedule blank in Jiayuguan, so I booked a room for four hours with my friends. I just wanted to take a short rest, but the check-in experience was really amazing.
