The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site was very good. The breakfast restaurant on a different floor was mediocre. The front desk arranged for a driver to take us out to the historic Great Wall sites and he was great and affordable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. Plenty of shops and convenient stores around. Though we only ate at the restaurant (L3) located in the same building as the hotel which is very handy. Food was delicious. Breakfast is ok. Just a quick bite to keep you going. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. Did an overnight stay as that is sufficient enough for visiting the sights. Would recommend this hotel.

The experience from check-in to check-out was super great! The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean.
