旅遊返程途中，突遇大雪！看酒店接近高速並設有充電樁就下單了，完全沒有看評價！凌晨3點到達酒店，附近沒有商店問前台能否多給2瓶水，前台回覆“給不了”，問前台有幾套牙具，前台説2個！提出在給2個，因為2大2小，前台同樣回覆“給不了”！我是掏錢住的，又不是乞討的！進入房間後，對設施和環境還是很滿意的，想着已經很狼狽了趕緊燒點水，打開水龍頭就出現了黃黃的水！房間裏有2瓶就讓孩子們喝了點趕緊睡下了！凌晨3點多給車在酒店內的充電樁給車充電，早晨9點下去就出現了扣費100的情況，問前台，前台一句不歸他們管，這種事很常見説的！nn的昨晚問能不能充電，你多説一句充滿移開，會扣佔位費要s嗎？除了酒店內設施沒問題，前台、充電樁再不改善，酒店的入住永遠都會堪憂

非常滿意，酒店設施很新，停車位很多，酒店樓下就有超充充電樁，帶洗衣房，早飯送到房間裏，距離連霍高速很近，上高速方便。

房間的裝修風格蠻新的，設施都不錯，淋浴房的水夠熱夠大！最好的點是床品質量非常好，不差5星級酒店了，枕頭有兩種不同填充材質，這個細節滿分！服務員也很和氣。早餐算是西北遊裏面比較豐富的，雞蛋、小米粥、各種小菜、饅頭油條
