Although the hotel is old, the rooms are clean and tidy. The location is very convenient for driving in and out at the crossroads. The parking lot is on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. The service staff in the lobby are quite friendly. I give it a good review.

平時一百多的酒店，十一三百了，，電視，空調都是壞的，娃娃想看個電視説是修不上，別讓看了。真正無語。早早就説了不要留靠馬路的房間，就給你留的靠馬路的房間，直接體驗感差到了極點。

本人於十號下午四點多入住，入住即發現床右邊的插座接觸不良，電視聯通信號不好看不了電視台，電視問題應該由前台聯繫信號公司，但是那個時候值班的前台一直沒有按客人的需求完成所相應的工作，我們曾多次（下來了好幾次樓了，有個3，5次了）。向前台反映信號不好看不了電視。前台一直推脱，説要聯繫公司。但是一直到我們8點多回來電視還是壞的。我們再次下樓向前台詢問。這時候的前台和之前的前台並不是同一個人。之前的前台是一位姓陳的女士。前台聯繫負責該層的工作人員調試電視。8:30，一會兒該層的工作人員前來發現是還是信號公司的問題。該層的工作人員立馬聯繫前台馮姓經理。前台與工作人員聯繫很給力，在20分鐘以內解決了關於電視的這一問題。因為兩位工作人員，所以我選擇為他們給予五星好評。
第二天8月11號。我們於晚上7點左右回來，在房間門口進行刷卡開鎖操作的時候發現開鎖不成功。我們進行短時間的錄視頻，向詢問前台我們是否有什麼操作不當？當我們到一樓時前台當時正在接待其他人，工作很忙，我們可以理解。但是我們向她提出我們的需求的時候，前台敷衍我們的需求。前台對我們説我們需要將卡插在取電的地方。可是問題我們連門都打不開，我們該怎麼把卡放到取電的地方呢？當前台給我們打開門的時候，我們將卡先進行取電，然後發現取電成功又把卡取下來。又把門鎖住，開始開鎖操作。發現卡還是打開不了門房。我們可以理解一張房卡住兩天的時候需要每天向前台進行刷卡以確保能進房順利。但是我無法理解的是，在我和前台坐電梯下去的時候，她翻白眼，撇嘴。可能她也不知道。我能從電梯的反光處看見她的神情。我想這兩位人員應該能值得一星好評吧。

前台服務態度太差，入住時問房間還有多長時間收拾好，説半小時，半小時到了，還沒有收拾好，等了將近一小時。進酒店門，詢問前台第一次的時候就愛搭不理。房間門第二道門鎖鎖不上，安全極差！！！！！！

大家在預訂酒店的時候還是不要圖便宜，多個百來塊錢能住的相對舒服一些，這個酒店進去以後門框是掉下來的，隔音特別不好，樓道隔壁樓上哼哼唧唧的聲音都能聽見！洗手間噴淋頭也是壞的，要一直舉得手裡，才能洗澡沖澡！地上是地毯，地毯也很臟，帶着小孩哪哪都不敢碰！而且房間裏被套床單粉塵特別大，稍微一動就滿天的灰塵，恨不得就帶防塵面具了，孩子第二天回家就呼吸道感染，真的不推薦，真的不推薦！
