Everyone knows that when you take your parents out - after all, you are taking the elderly , you must be careful and spend money to book a hotel. I considered the reviews and prices of this hotel and booked the most expensive room - 1,500 yuan a night. The impression when I arrived at the hotel was good. The hotel is still new and the attitude of receiving us was also good. The room is new and the equipment looks good, but what's the use of good hardware? The software is still a little worse. We have two rooms. The water pressure of the shower in one room is very poor and cannot be used. The lighting is not easy to control and the curtain remote control also has problems. The nightmare started at night. We were all tired from playing and started to rest early. At 23:30 in the evening, someone started knocking on the door and kept ringing the bell. . I woke up and my parents must be fine. I opened the door in a panic and found a student smiling. . While knocking on the door. . I got angry and asked what he was doing. This seemingly ** child looked at me and said it was okay and left. . We couldn't sleep. The nightmare continued in the morning. The hotel said breakfast starts at 7:30. We usually go there early and like to enjoy a quiet hotel breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 and found that it was full of students, the same students as yesterday. The breakfast was a customized garbage meal for students. There was no place to sit. We still took a bite and confirmed that the garbage meal could not continue. I want to complain to the hotel on a few points. 1) Can you consider individual guests when you accept such group orders? Why are we affected by such uneducated children? Can you arrange the rooms for individual guests to other floors? ? 2) Why do I eat the leftovers of the students? The plates are dirty, the dishes are cold, and there is garbage on the ground. Why didn't you tell us in advance about the breakfast start time and the presence of students? Do you think this is a service worth 1,500 yuan a night? 3) If you have such group orders, you should consider the decline in the experience of individual guests. Why should I pay 1,500 yuan for such a garbage situation? Have you ever thought about adjusting the price? Very unsatisfactory experience. Very low cost performance. I paid 1500 but felt that it was not worth even 150. I wanted to curse when I saw the Pearl Hotel in Zhangye today. It was really a rubbish experience!!!

This time in Gansu, I stayed in two hotels owned by Gonghang Travel (Jinling in Wuwei). Both are large-scale hotels with many rooms, large space and large parking lots. Both are new hotels. What's better here than in Wuwei is that there are humidifiers (there are no humidifiers in the rooms of Gonghang Travel Jinling in Wuwei). Because it was the off-season and the hotel was in a new district, there were very few guests. There was only a young lady and a security guard at the front desk. The security guard was very enthusiastic and took me to the underground garage to park and gave me safety tips. The hotel upgraded the room, which is very large, with great floor heating and a foot bath. Because it was off-season, I booked the room at the best price of the entire trip (158 yuan for a cultural and travel voucher) and did not ask for breakfast. The lady at the front desk recommended us to go to [Fuqiang Market] for dinner. It was really good, with the atmosphere of the city, and there was also a supermarket next to it. This was also the most satisfying stop in the entire hotel trip, because it was snowing in Jiayuguan and we could see the snow scenery outside from the room.

The breakfast was terrible. I stayed in so many hotels and this was the most perfunctory breakfast on this night. There was nothing to eat. Also, they didn't call to inquire about the items left behind by the guests. They were impatient and delayed in issuing tickets. I also had to register. I gave a bad review. The service did not match the positioning. I didn't want to give a bad review. It was really annoying.
