一般不評論，以前去過幾次印象不錯，去前看説2020重新裝修，去了發現，設施比較舊，吹風吹2分鐘斷電，分5次吹乾一個短髮，客服電話是擺設

應該是國營老店，沒有生存壓力。酒店服務是真的差，前台服務態度差，衞生很差很差，馬桶蓋子上還有尿沒有清理，木地板上都是腳印，明顯感覺有打掃不乾淨的積灰，設備很老舊，電視小又不好投屏，水龍頭上都是水垢，也就佔了周圍自然環境好的光

獨棟別墅，兩層樓，六間房，適合4-5個家庭出遊小聚，温馨舒適。山湖温泉就在酒店對面，在湖北經歷凍雨和暴雨後來到這裏，別有一番景緻！非常難忘的一次温泉之旅！

早餐一般，帶小孩一起去玩，環境不錯，邊泡温泉一邊看錶演，就是孩子的早餐還要加38元,有點划不來

買的攜程的套票，房間比較乾淨，送了瓶紅酒和幹玫瑰花瓣，可以在陽台上邊泡私湯邊喝，還送了圍爐煮茶，是木炭燒茶喝小零食。周圍環境清幽，感覺很不錯！
