Hotels in Jiaxing with Swimming Pools

The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

The hotel is cost-effective, clean, and has a good environment. The buffet dinner just happened to meet the Halloween theme and I like it very much. There is a naughty castle for children on the first floor. Tell the service desk that there are children who will provide children’s slippers and bathrobes

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

It was my first time to come to Jiaxing and I chose the DoubleTree by Hilton after a long time. It did not disappoint. The front desk service was attentive and enthusiastic. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet, and the scenery outside was also great. Highly recommended! ! !

The hotel is located a bit out of the city center, but it the new CBD. The hotel is new and the room is big. Recommended if you don’t need to stay in the city center and would like to enjoy nice room with good views

Nanhu Hotel is worth staying at! Check-in: The assistant manager (is she the deputy manager?) in the lobby, a lady named Zhou (probably Zhou), was very considerate in her service. We called in advance to book the birthday room decoration. This young lady took us all the way to the room after check-in and wished my mother a happy birthday~ Dinner: We chose the hotel’s Chinese restaurant for dinner. When we were going downstairs, we met this young lady in the lobby. She took us to the restaurant and quietly told the restaurant waiter about our birthday. We got free birthday noodles for dinner. The several dishes we ordered tasted very good, and we were told that the portions were large and we should order smaller portions. An extra large fruit plate was given with the meal. Room: The slippers in the room are of very good quality, the mineral water is generously provided, and there is a fruit plate prepared when you enter. If I have to find fault, it is that the second floor of the lake view room can only see a bit of the lake. Also, the air conditioner was a bit loud at night. Environment: The hotel environment reminds me of the Yangzhou Guest House. Although it is not that big, it really takes a few steps to get a view. The hotel also has a south gate and a west gate where you can directly enter Nanhu Park by swiping your room card. Nanhu Park is large and free, and many people walk on the lake to exercise. The hotel is a bit far away from the Huijingyuan Pier to the Red Boat. It is recommended that self-driving friends take a taxi and then take a walk back to the hotel. Nanhu Hotel will come again in the future!

The location of the hotel is very suitable for our trip. We were upgraded to a room when we checked in, and we could see the Ferris wheel in Xiuhu Park. Stayed for 8 nights during the Christmas period. Fruits were provided every day. There were also carefully prepared small gifts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The service was very attentive! The hotel has a parking lot and a large underground garage, making it very convenient to drive by yourself. The hotel's sanitation is also very good, with sufficient heating and hot water, smooth drainage and good sound insulation in the rooms. I will choose here again next time I come to Jiaxing!

In particular, we should take our niece to swim on the night of our stay. There are a lot of people in the swimming pool. I didn’t expect the swimming pool business of the resort hotel to be so good. Fortunately, the lifesaving brother on duty arranged for us. After having fun in the area, the water temperature was very comfortable and clear. Special thanks to the manager Wang of the swimming pool that night who arranged a coach for us and gave us a free experience class. Although we did not buy a swimming class in the end, we must give it to him. like! I will come to check in in the future, and I hope that next time there will be more room choices! Tucao first. The hotel hasn't been completely renovated yet, and there is only a section of the lakeside trail, which is not connected to the outside world. When I went there, the attitude of welcoming guests was average. I asked where the underground garage was and ignored them. The elevator buttons are unclear, and the front desk can't be found at once. There is a serious smell in the corridors of the guest rooms, and the rooms are slightly better. The front desk staff was not well trained and couldn't answer the questions asked, and forgot to swipe the card. Toiletries need to be picked up at the front desk, but they are not asked when checking in. No one answers the room service calls during certain hours at night, so you need to go downstairs to the front desk yourself. Breakfast is not a buffet, only Chinese and Western set menus can be selected. All trash cans in the room are not covered with trash bags, and I don’t think it is appropriate to throw away some trash. There are only eight kinds of beverages in the refrigerator, and there is a charge. Obviously I am sorry for the price. The rooms at half the price of Wanda are free. Say something good. The hotel is very clean, and the lake view room can indeed enjoy the entire lake view. Most of the staff are still very enthusiastic, knowing that their hotel is a bit like a maze, and will lead you where you want to go. The variety of breakfast is also okay, at least it’s okay to eat enough, and pay attention to nutrition. The overall feeling is that the hardware is still good in the future, and the service needs to be improved. I am far from sorry for the price.
