The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

Excellent service provided by reception, Tim Zhang and all the outdoor pool staff! The were many delicious western options for breakfast and in-room dining. The outdoor pool was cleaned daily and the city view from that floor was amazing! I'd definitely return. The best hotel in Jiaxing City!

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

Exceeded expectations! 1. Good location. Next to it is Yaohan, it is convenient to eat, drink and shop. 2. The room is very good. The room is large, the decoration style is very comfortable, there is a big bed in 2.7 (the first time in life, I feel that I don’t need it, I will stay a little smaller next time), the room is on the 21st floor, and the scenery outside the window is very good. 3. Fully equipped. There is a free laundry room and gym, although not big, but convenient. 4． The front desk service is very good. 5． The room rate is not expensive. The downside is that I feel that there is room for improvement for breakfast (maybe I have high requirements, haha), and there is a breakfast meal ticket. I stayed for 3 days and gave me the first day meal ticket, so that the waiter at the entrance of the restaurant will call the front desk to verify. I hope to be smarter in the future. Overall it was not bad, this stay left a deep impression on me. This is my most serious evaluation in recent times.
