The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

Very good, the price is fair and reasonable The room is hygienic and clean. It feels very bright as soon as you enter the room. Standing alone at the window and watching the traffic on the elevated road is quite therapeutic. Check-in was very fast and the lady at the front desk was gentle and lovely. The charger was not brought and the housekeeping center delivered it very quickly. All in all, I’m quite satisfied 👍

The location of the hotel is very suitable for our trip. We were upgraded to a room when we checked in, and we could see the Ferris wheel in Xiuhu Park. Stayed for 8 nights during the Christmas period. Fruits were provided every day. There were also carefully prepared small gifts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The service was very attentive! The hotel has a parking lot and a large underground garage, making it very convenient to drive by yourself. The hotel's sanitation is also very good, with sufficient heating and hot water, smooth drainage and good sound insulation in the rooms. I will choose here again next time I come to Jiaxing!

Check-in is very fast and convenient. It happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival and the hotel even gave away rice dumplings. Although the hotel is old and five-star, the environmental sanitation is good and exceeds expectations. The hotel staff are very welcoming and help with luggage. They also picked us up at the parking lot in advance. Also very dog friendly. Knowing that we were traveling with a short-legged dog, we arranged in advance to change the room on the second floor to the first floor and upgraded it. The upgraded room has its own yard, making it convenient for dog owners. The overall environment of the room is relatively clean, and the overall price/performance ratio is very high. It’s a really great B&B. The owner is very handsome, gentle and enthusiastic. Because I was in a hurry that day, the owner personally drove me to the photography studio and helped me carry my luggage to the room. His children are also very cute and the service staff are also friendly. Very welcoming. I was in a hurry to catch the bus in the morning, and my aunt was worried that I wouldn't eat breakfast. Great breakfast. Outdoor swimming pool with view on the natural reservoir absolutely gorgeous. Room spacious and with a very good design. Clean and quiet. The bar can make good cocktails with the price in line with the service and location. Only one note is that the umbrella in the room were both with problems but anyway a very good hotel experience and service.
