The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

Excellent service provided by reception, Tim Zhang and all the outdoor pool staff! The were many delicious western options for breakfast and in-room dining. The outdoor pool was cleaned daily and the city view from that floor was amazing! I'd definitely return. The best hotel in Jiaxing City!

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

It was my first time to come to Jiaxing and I chose the DoubleTree by Hilton after a long time. It did not disappoint. The front desk service was attentive and enthusiastic. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet, and the scenery outside was also great. Highly recommended! ! !

The hotel has a good location, comfortable rooms, rich breakfast, concierge Li Jun Yu took the initiative to help with luggage, guide to the front desk to check in, and send it to the room. Knowing that we have recommended places to play when we travel, Nanhu is very fun, very patriotic and educational, and it is very close to the hotel. The towel will be perfect if it is renovated.

Very good, the price is fair and reasonable The room is hygienic and clean. It feels very bright as soon as you enter the room. Standing alone at the window and watching the traffic on the elevated road is quite therapeutic. Check-in was very fast and the lady at the front desk was gentle and lovely. The charger was not brought and the housekeeping center delivered it very quickly. All in all, I’m quite satisfied 👍

A very satisfactory hotel I have stayed in. Located in the commercial plaza in the center of Nanhu, it is very convenient for eating, walking the baby, and entertaining, especially in summer and winter. The hotel has a sense of design from the outside to the inside. Although the room is not big, the details are well done and the service is good. It has its own restaurant, the delicious food is not expensive, the cruise terminal is two or three minutes away, and it takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to Moon Lake. It also has a self-contained garden, perfect!

This young lady took us all the way to the room after check-in and wished my mother a happy birthday~ Dinner: We chose the hotel’s Chinese restaurant for dinner. When we were going downstairs, we met this young lady in the lobby. She took us to the restaurant and quietly told the restaurant waiter about our birthday. We got free birthday noodles for dinner. The several dishes we ordered tasted very good, and we were told that the portions were large and we should order smaller portions. An extra large fruit plate was given with the meal. Room: The slippers in the room are of very good quality, the mineral water is generously provided, and there is a fruit plate prepared when you enter. If I have to find fault, it is that the second floor of the lake view room can only see a bit of the lake. Also, the air conditioner was a bit loud at night. Environment: The hotel environment reminds me of the Yangzhou Guest House. Although it is not that big, it really takes a few steps to get a view. The hotel also has a south gate and a west gate where you can directly enter Nanhu Park by swiping your room card. Nanhu Park is large and free, and many people walk on the lake to exercise. The hotel is a bit far away from the Huijingyuan Pier to the Red Boat. It is recommended that self-driving friends take a taxi and then take a walk back to the hotel. Nanhu Hotel will come again in the future!
