Jiaxing is a beautiful city. I only knew that the rice dumplings here were delicious. I didn't expect that there was an exquisite and elegant hotel in the Yuehe Historical District. The lobby manager and waiter of the hotel were very enthusiastic. After checking in, the waiter Xiao Pan also helped with the luggage and led the way. If there was no one to lead the way for the first time, you would really not be able to find the room. I booked the Yuehui room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. At night, away from the bustling crowd, it was very pleasant to drink tea and take a walk in the hotel. The hotel's buffet is very rich, and people who have high requirements for breakfast can rest assured. The hotel is surrounded by Yuehe District, Luxiehui, Pingshan, and Nanhu. It is really a good place for leisure travel.

The location of the hotel is very good. The Nanhu Scenic Area is across the road. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Haogu Tower. You can climb the 7-story tower and overlook the entire Nanhu Scenic Area. When the weather is good, you can see the entire Nanhu District. It is worth recommending. Two intersections north of the hotel will lead to the Jiaxing Zicheng Ruins, where there are churches and former residences of literati, which are very suitable for taking photos and checking in. Xiexi Street Shaomai is also not far away. There are a lot of people in the morning, but you can get a seat after waiting for a few minutes. The winter bamboo shoots Shaomai tastes great! Then take a taxi to the Yuehe Scenic Area in ten minutes. There is an antique market in the morning, as well as the Zongzi Museum and the Jiaxing Flower and Bird Market. Take a boat tour at night, which is a different taste.

I took my parents to Jiaxing for a holiday. The location is good. It's not far from the attractions. It's opposite the exhibition center. After arriving at the hotel in the afternoon, I was told that the room had not been cleaned up. Then the front desk lady upgraded the room type for free to a terrace. In this weather, it was quite good to blow the wind on the terrace at night. The hotel also gave free fruit. The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation in the corridor is a little poor. Everything else is good.

The hotel is beautiful, with a unique design and is also very clean. The upgraded room faces Nanhu Lake directly. The air is fresh in the morning and the birds are singing. The details of the Republic of China style show the quality of the hotel. The view from the balcony is really great. My daughter likes all these facilities very much and never forgets them after returning. 4. In terms of catering, there is nothing to eat in the restaurant in the park. There are not many buffet dishes in the evening, the steak is delicious, and the children like to eat boiled noodles. 5. The hygiene needs to be improved. There are small insects and cockroaches in the room, and there are small cockroaches in the hot spring locker room. 6. The sound insulation is too poor. The sound in the corridor is clear and often woken up. In general, the experience is good, too cheap, and there is no need to ask for too much, haha😃

Finally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view. The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese. Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.
