Atour Hotel

The service is average, the staff are indifferent, and the delivery is very slow. It feels like they are all part-time college students. The auntie is pretty nice and enthusiastic. I have stayed here twice. I go on business trips three to four times a month. The front desk needs to improve its service, otherwise I will not go again.

We booked two rooms for a family outing. It was booked temporarily. The parking lot is still a long way away due to renovation. The front desk service is very good. There is almost no sound insulation. It is so noisy that I almost didn't sleep all night. The window on the 6th floor cannot be seen because it is blocked. This is the worst among the Atour hotels I have stayed in. There is no refrigerator. It feels similar to Hanting.

The room is very clean, the service is very good, and the bedding is very comfortable. You can see the Ferris wheel in the room. The lighting at night is still very good. The hotel facilities are also very good. When I brought my children to check in, the front desk gave me a full set of children's toiletries when I checked in, and the room was also decorated with a little yellow duck for the children. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. There are rich varieties and the taste is also good.

It's my first time staying here, because it's close to Xiuzhou Park and the food street~ I believe in the Atour brand, it's clean and sanitary, and the modern design is better; the room is quite large, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas; there is a simple gym, which is very good; the breakfast is also quite rich, and there are freshly ground soy milk and coffee ☕ Very good~
