來説幾點吧：一、酒店位置略顯偏僻，不過比較安靜，適合上歲數的人或者帶小朋友去度假的，旁邊就是湖不過由於裝修原因大部分未開放，能溜達的也就300米左右的走道。二、室內設施和豪華型酒店明顯不搭，我們定的房間電視遙控不能用，小冰箱壞的，屋內沙發上污跡很多。就連應該是書桌的地方擺了個圓桌，不知道設計的時候咋想的。屋內垃圾桶不套袋子，不知是不是綠地酒店的通病。三、房間內應該放些紙巾什麼的都沒有，還得自己打電話要，感覺這酒店是沒準備好開業還是怎麼的，搞不懂。四、酒店早餐談不上豐富，達不到五星級酒店早餐標準，僅限於吃飽。

初體驗：從進酒店開始 到房間瓷磚掉落砸在寶寶頭上 衞生：然後換房間都是小蟲 還有個大蟑螂沒打到
餐食：後來吃自助餐另外買了幾份需要掛房間帳 硬説我沒付按金 必須要付款 一直僵持着直到給看了按金付款紀錄 又改口説我的按金不夠 真的受不了
設施：冰箱就是擺設，沒地方插電。陽台的隔牆是木板做的，並且已經破裂。以後再也不會過來住了 嘉興綠地鉑瑞酒店

🚗 交通：離南湖領取，月河街區，博物館都很近，開車很方便。
🧹衞生：新開的酒店，挺乾淨的。
🍃環境：如果是湖景房，還是不錯的，帶個陽台，看看湖，吹吹風。
🔔服務：服務也很周到，每個員工都很積極努力熱情服務。細節上再周到些會更好，比如：到房間找拖鞋才發現不打電話詢問酒店是不會主動提供的。温馨小提示啊，歡迎水果啊，都可以搞起來。如有收費的項目冰箱裏也可以擺點，不至於空空的，跟整個酒店的高級感有點沒跟上諾！期待下次入住有新的體驗❤️！

和朋友一行10人來嘉興綠地鉑端酒店小住兩天。酒店剛開業不久，非週末客人不多，很清靜。客房乾淨整潔，裝飾大氣有品位。服務人員非常熱情，送我們進客房後詳細介紹了客房設備。餐廳的早餐已從疫情期的中西兩種套餐改為自助餐。餐廳在酒店一樓，臨湘家盪，可以一邊用餐一邊觀景，很是暇意。餐廳服務温馨，新烤出來的可頌和派主動送到餐桌邊請我們品嚐。住嘉興綠地鉑端酒店有賓至如歸的感覺。以後還會來的。

先吐槽吧。酒店還沒全部裝修好，湖邊步道衹有一段，與外界不通。去的時候迎賓態度一般，問地下車庫在哪裡，愛答不理。電梯按鈕標識不清，一下子找不到前台。客房走廊裝修異味嚴重，房間稍微好點。前台人員培訓不足，問的問題沒法回答，忘了刷卡。洗漱用品需要在前台領取，但辦理入住時也不詢問。夜間個別時段客房服務電話無人接聽，需要自己下樓去前台。早餐不是自助餐，衹能選定中西兩種套餐。房間所有垃圾桶不套垃圾袋，有些垃圾我都覺得不合適直接扔。冰箱一共也就八種飲料酒水，居然要收費，顯然對不起這個價，人家萬達一半價格的房間都是免費的。
説點好的。酒店很清凈，湖景房確實也能欣賞整片湖景。大部分工作人員服務還是很熱情的，知道自己酒店有點像迷宮，會領着去你想去的地方。早餐的品種也還行，至少吃飽沒問題，也注意營養搭配。
總體感覺，今後在硬件上還是不錯的，服務還需改進，目前遠遠對不起這個價。

酒店設施不錯，有些還在建設。不過衞生不好，公共空間好多蜘蛛網，比如燈柱、小童爬網、樹木，看上去很噁心。房間床上還有衹蟲。。。早上起來房間窗簾也壞了，無法打開。游泳池更衣設施沒建好，但好歹也提供一下毛巾吧，遊好濕的跑回房間又冷又傻。。。管理還需要加強。

酒店離市中心有點距離，衹能打車或自駕，吃飯購物不是很方便，不過周邊環境還不錯，比較靜逸，酒店裝修味道還是蠻重的，建議住高樓層，酒店自助早餐中規中矩，比較簡單，沒有嘉興當地特色的點檔，唯一比較驚喜的是酒店泳池非常大，遊得很盡興，還有兩個温水泡池，適合小朋友，酒店服務給我的總體感覺是人手不夠，服務不能算很差，衹能算一般，響應速度比較慢，小冰箱無法制冷當晚打前台電話報修，直到第二天早上也沒人查看修復，所以當天買的鮮奶及酸奶都壞了，衹能帶着小朋友開車再出去買，前台辦理入住後也沒有及時的設施路線引導，去泳池怎麼走？去餐廳怎麼走？附近哪裡有購物或遊玩的地方？，去一樓的餐廳衹能從二樓的大堂中央小電梯下去，不能從二樓客房部直接下一樓去餐廳，因為被一樓的大門鎖死了，酒店房卡也沒用，也沒人及時告知，讓我們上上下下走了好多彎路，體驗感大大降低
