It’s a modern and well maintained hotel. The executive suite is spacious and well equipped. It’s situated at a convenient location and easy access to most of the sightseeing spots in Jiaxing.

Our stay at Marriott Hotel in Jiaxing was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. Incredible Chinese restaurant on level 3, with creative food and best services. Will definitely stay here again next time when I visit Jiaxing.
Last but not least, I want to thank Gavin, the lobby manager, who was making sure our journey in Jiaxing was pleasant and unforgettable.

It was an awesome stay! The room was clean and very fancy with a beautiful view of Central Park. Gavin, the front desk manager, was super helpful and even offered a room upgrade to a corner room. He’s fantastic. Breakfast was very good and the overall environment was pleasant. I would highly recommend this Marriott for anyone visiting Jiaxing.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

The hotel’s environment is very pleasant, nice view out to lakes and service is excellent, I’m particularly thankful to Gavin who has been very helpful with my needs during my stay there. I’ve also had a meal at the Chinese restaurant and the food is delicious.
