很好的 體驗 環境幽雅 服務響應及時 解決問題快 適合休閑度假 早餐也很豐富 下次還會三刷的 酒店的粵菜館 住店 5.8折 味道可以 尤其是乳鴿 好吃的

十年前住過兩次，環境印象蠻好。這次又臨，感覺風格有些中轉西，不變的是庭園式峉棧依然有其特色。環境不錯，客房有點變化，但峉房服務有待改善。另早餐9：30時結束，但服務人員9：20時就開始拆台椅了，有點難看，不附合酒店服務規範！

這家地理位置優越，就在老街旁，幾分鐘就進入景區。古色古香的江南小巷乾淨整潔還有多家商鋪。當地美食匯聚，味道鮮美價格親民。就是別在節假日來，會非常擁擠，平時打卡決絕子👍小建議：衞生間馬桶非智能化，冬天會很冷，建議換智能馬桶蓋板。洗手香皂無皂缸，打濕後無處可放。

這個勞動節跟12位朋友一起入住月河，裏面環境衞生都很贊，這是第二次入住了，工作人員態度都很好，特別戴經理很細心，下次還會入住古鎮裏的店，玩累了可以休息休息，休息好又可以玩！

嘉興月河客棧，坐落在月河老街景區裏，小橋流水環境幽雅，客棧本身就是一個小景區，住客棧隨時可以進入景區遊玩。酒店的建築風格也是融進歷史風貌中，內飾非常現代。入住月輝房，房間也夠寬敞。中式早餐挺江南的，客棧工作人員服務到位，下次還會再來。

酒店位置不錯逛古鎮方便，服務也很主動熱情。訂了帶陽台的月波房，可惜對着外面街道，河道有點臟亂，對岸是飯店後廚，飯點有油煙味不敢開窗，如果介意的辦入住最好提出要求，我們就一晚也就算了。

到酒店的第二天就下雨了！但是讓煙雨江南的風景呈現的更加淋漓盡致！出小門就是月河歷史文化街，吃喝玩樂應有盡有。酒店的客服一定要表揚👍能解決的迅速幫你解決了，雖然節日裏人很多。但是酒店的服務真的值得表揚👍
