酒店前台服務人員接待熱情友好，耐心細緻。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪被褥柔軟舒適，洗澡水很好，房間很大，設施很新。有免費停車場，附近不遠就是五芳齋總部，買了不少粽子。

都挺好的，乾淨，服務態度也好。唯一一點是我的房間臨街，早上的汽車聲音很吵，更吵的是早上九點兩位打掃衞生的工作人員，對講機聲音很大，在樓道里兩個人邊打掃邊聊天。我是出差，到酒店已經凌晨了，前台姑娘特別好給了延遲退房讓我多睡會兒。結果九點就被樓道里的聊天聲吵醒了，一直在聊天，最後我給前台打了電話，反應了問題之後聲音小了點兒，不過我也睡不着了。哎！！

就一快捷酒店，面向工地，基本看不到秀湖。前台業務不熟練，含不含早餐都搞不清，給她看了訂單還跟我説加早38，開票也無法用微信抬頭，等了好久。早餐8點半去六個熱菜基本都空了也不加，牛奶是奶粉沖的，麪包是超市裡買的袋裝的，自己工作人員還有模有樣地在拍照，不羞愧嘛

酒店很不錯，裝修很新，乾淨便捷，價格公道，還有贈送早餐。附近的秀湖景色秀美，湖水清澈，碧波蕩漾，有黑天鵝野鴨鴛鴦等。旁邊的秀湖圖書館，高檔大氣，藏書很多，外地遊客也可以進，這點做的很好。李白圖書館餐廳感覺一般，價格太高。總而言之，該酒店很適合休閑度假。
