The check-in was very considerate and they offered tea. The bedding in the room was very comfortable. There is a free laundry room and gym on the tenth floor which is very convenient. There is also a late-night porridge dish that is delicious. Water was offered upon check-out. It is recommended to stay here.

Atour Hotel Nanhu is located in the CBD of Nanhu Business District, close to many business buildings such as Jiaxing World Trade Center and World Financial Center. It is about a 7-minute walk from Wanda Plaza and about 5 kilometers from Nanhu Scenic Area.
I booked an executive twin room with two 1.5-meter double beds. It was comfortable and there was no need to squeeze in with children. The room is very large, and there is a Japanese tatami on the window sill. You can take a rest when you have nothing to do. It feels very comfortable.

來嘉興旅行，房間訂的早，到的前一天就電話確認了，告知房間在每層一頭一尾，可能比豪華雙床要小一點，我覺得正好、安靜。房間滿大的，又安靜又乾淨。離高鐵南站、子城公園、教堂、月河打車20上下，離南湖會景園稍近一點。附近有個九曲裏可以散步吃飯，周邊環境很好。早餐還可以，有粽子還有嘉興醬鴨，咖啡也不錯。退房時送了兩小瓶水沒有要好評，這個贊一下。然後反饋一下：1.洗面池太淺、水一打開就會噴出來，地巾鋪這裏洗澡時又要鋪到衞生間，很不方便。2.入住的毛巾居然沒更換，上一個住客很沒素質、擦了鞋又卷好放那，擦手時打開看到烏黑一片噁心死。不管前一個住客有沒有用，新住客入住更換全部毛巾是起碼的吧。第二天把毛巾全扔替換籃了，中午回來洗頭想用浴巾擦乾，打開發現毛巾上有染色長髮（我和我媽都是短黑髮），真是無語，幸好我都帶了自己的毛巾。我們出來玩，自己玩的開心吃的舒服就很滿足，不在意酒店打不打招呼什麼，衹要乾淨整潔就好。本來想5分好評，但這個服務衞生，和亞朵不匹配，希望可以改善。下次來嘉興還會選擇這裏，房間大、安靜、交通方便、飲食方便。

亞朵的服務依舊讓人感覺很温馨。我們臨時決定自駕嘉興遊玩，到的比較晚，酒店停車很方便車位充足，辦理入住相當絲滑。房間空調響應速度很快且安靜，房間物品擺放位置細緻，考慮了客人需求，伸手就能拿到。淋浴出水量很大緩解了一路勞頓，配合舒適的床品睡了個好覺，舒服。第二天早餐品種很喜歡，不是那種湊數的，每一樣都保證質量味道不錯。總枱當值夜班和早班的小姐姐和小哥哥業務很嫻熟專業，贊一個。有機會還會入住這裏，祝生意興隆哈。
