GYA Hotel (Jiaxing Nanhu Scenic Area Nanhu Tiandi)

I checked into this hotel by chance. The front desk service was very warm and thoughtful, which made me feel very comfortable. What’s surprising is that there is also a tea break area with freshly ground coffee and hot fruit tea. It makes people feel clean and exquisite as soon as they enter the door. After entering the guest room, the lighting and layout are good. This is the most comfortable and best hotel I have ever stayed in at this price. In particular, the hotel has specially made a small card with a service guide, which contains many thoughtful services and a guide to nearby attractions. The hotel is not far from Nanhu Lake and is very convenient to walk to. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground garage and free parking. It is very suitable for self-driving travelers. The room is clean and tidy, and the price-performance ratio is relatively high. It is a good choice for tourists staying in Jiaxing.

Most of it is satisfactory, but the details are not so nice! For example, breakfast items were slow to be restocked, omelettes and fruit took time, bread and biscuits were also slow to be delivered, and there was no coffee in the coffee machine! There is a laundry room in the store. There was a small stain on my clothes and I wanted to wash it with soap, but there was no soap!

This time I am on a business trip to Jiaxing. It is my first time to stay in this hotel. However, I feel that the service is like home away from home. The environment is also very warm. The room is large and the things are very clean. Special thanks to the lady at the front desk. Will come again next time

I will never sleep in a windowless and non-smoking hotel again. The hotel says it is partially non-smoking but is actually a non-smoking hotel. When I first entered the room, the smell was actually acceptable. I didn't expect that the more I slept in the middle of the night, the smell would get worse. The smell of smoke mixed with other odors kept lingering in my nose. At 6 o'clock in the morning, I was hit by this smell in the hotel. When I woke up, I felt like my whole body had become stinky. I was really spending my money to get the hell out of me. I really learned a lesson, I can’t sleep in a hotel with no windows and no smoking ban. In fact, the place I wanted to go to in the morning didn't open until 9 o'clock, but if I went out early, I didn't want to stay in this hotel for a minute longer.
