我入住的這家酒店在環境方面完全沒有達到預期水平。
首先在預訂的時候看到的圖片，是明亮的，乾淨的，當辦理好入住，進入的時候我就驚呆了給我分配的那一間房，完全沒有粉刷，毛坯房酒店讓我十分震驚，我以為整個酒店都是這樣的，下夜班很累我就沒理會，先睡了，出門才發現，其他的房間都是粉刷好的，雖不説環境多好，但是好歹也是看起來順眼的，而不是我連回去休息的慾望都沒有，其次,在酒店內的服務質量也讓我略失望，房間裏的設施非常簡陋，當我發現衹有我的房間是毛坯房，並且位於酒店最裡麪，跟圖片完全不符，是拒絕為我們換房，如果你完全的騙人，告訴我全部都是未粉刷的毛坯房，我就不會有這麼大的意見。如果你沒裝修好，就不要安排顧客入住可以麼？既然不能保證質量，這一間房不住人又怎麼樣。真的是於圖片嚴重不符，還拒絕換房間的請求，第二天我就換了酒店，真的服了。
