半夜入住酒店，換了二個房間，洗澡水放出來都是黃色的，酒店的服務還是很到位，及時響應更換並升級，服務5星好評。

我們帶孩子出行就是住的舒服一點 就訂了這家高星級酒店 574元一晚左右吧 剛開始進入大堂環境還算可以 給了按金 問他有沒有刮鬍刀説不提供 後邊連牙膏牙刷都是自己要了才給的 空調壞不壞也沒有跟我們提前告知 進了房間 除了設施老舊一些 送了兩瓶小瓶礦泉水 小冰箱打開啥送的飲料都沒有 走進衞生間 刮鬍刀牙刷牙具都是需要手機掃碼付錢的 還好我提前問他要了 後邊我就打開空調 剛開始也不知道壞了 吹了半天一點反應都沒有 外面下雨房間就是特別悶熱 兩個孩子就一直喊着熱 就打電話給前台問 他跟我説什麼空調短路壞了 因為孩子們已經在裏面洗澡了 就想想算算湊合吧 給了我們一個小風扇 但是吹了還是熱的要命 將就的睡了一晚熱的都沒睡好 悶的缺氧 最要命的連個洗衣機都沒有 都不如小鎮上的漢庭酒店 人家都有洗衣機和烘乾機 缺點小氣 摳門 欺騙消費者 不提前告知設施故障反正這個價格一晚挺貴的住感也特別差 反正花這個錢住這麼個星級酒店心裏就挺憋屈的 越想越來氣

五一來嘉興玩選擇了嘉興龍之夢大酒店，酒店環境大氣整潔，房間寬敞整潔。入住送了歡迎水果，還有延遲退房的服務！早飯也是相當豐盛，米粉、豆花、各式中式、西式點心都很好吃，很棒的一次入住體驗！

酒店開車也來也很方便，有幾個口子都能進來，車停地下室坐電梯到大廳也很方便，房間也不錯還能看夜景，下次來嘉興還會選擇龍之夢大酒店的，
