The hotel room is very clean, the breakfast is also good, and the price/performance ratio is very good.

We travel with children and want to stay more comfortably, so we booked this high-star hotel for about 574 yuan a night. When we first entered the lobby, the environment was pretty good. We paid a deposit and asked if they had razors, but they said they didn't provide them. Later, we even asked for toothpaste and toothbrushes. We didn't tell us in advance whether the air conditioner was broken or not. After entering the room, except for the old facilities, two small bottles of mineral water were given, and there were no drinks in the small refrigerator. When we walked into the bathroom, we needed to scan the code on our mobile phone to pay for the razor, toothbrush and toothbrushes. Fortunately, I asked them in advance. Later, I turned on the air conditioner. At first, I didn't know it was broken. I blew it for a long time and there was no response. It was raining outside, and the room was very stuffy. The two children kept shouting that it was hot, so I called the front desk to ask. He told me that the air conditioner was short-circuited and broken because the children were already taking a shower in it. I thought I'd just make do with it. They gave us a small fan, but it was still very hot. I slept all night because it was hot and I didn't sleep well. I felt stuffy and lacked oxygen. The worst thing was that there was not even a washing machine. It was not as good as the Hanting Hotel in the small town. People all have washing machines and dryers. The disadvantages are stingy and mean. Deceiving consumers and not informing them of the facility failure in advance. Anyway, the price is quite expensive for one night and the accommodation experience is particularly bad. Anyway, I feel very upset to spend this money to stay in such a star hotel. The more I think about it, the angrier I get.

I chose Jiaxing Dragon Dream Hotel when I came to Jiaxing for the May Day holiday. The hotel environment is grand and clean, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Welcome fruit was given upon check-in, and there is also a late check-out service! The breakfast is also quite rich, with rice noodles, tofu pudding, and various Chinese and Western snacks all very delicious. It was a great stay experience!
