這是一趟“神奇之旅”。
被時代少年團的演唱會給逼得逃離上海，順便來體驗下亞朵的新店。
本店是“亞朵嘉興南湖天地店”，在地圖上輸入“亞朵嘉興南湖”就跳出了地址，到達酒店後卻告知查不到我的訂單。
掏出手機核對後發現，我到的是“亞朵嘉興南湖店”，而我定的是“亞朵嘉興南湖天地店”，無了個大語。
到了酒店大堂後，前台一共兩人，一位在接電話，一位在給另一個客人辦入住，我在他們面前晃了半天，也不知道是該等在哪一邊辦入住，起碼可以跟我説一聲“是入住嗎，請稍等下吧”
拿到房卡，告知有一張是電卡，可以一直插在房間上取電的，結果打開房門，空調正開到了最大，卡槽裏有一張電卡，且椅子並沒有放入桌子下，應該是收房的時候匆匆離開導致的。
攜程上看到的深夜粥道，全程無人提示過我這個東西，我是離開時才想到好像有這麼個服務。
沒有的東西就不要寫出來了。
全程也沒有被安利亞朵自己的特色服務。
總的來説，新店硬件還不錯，除了上五樓很繞，服務上，並不是挑剔，而是你是亞朵，你老拿你的服務好説事，那就要拿出你好號稱的標準出來讓客人感受到。

很好的體驗感，有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店環境優美，離南湖景區、火車站很近，吃和玩都方便。特別是酒店設施齊全，書籍可以借閲，注重細節，服務熱情周到。完美！

房間牆面全是被子裏飛出來的羽毛，過敏得渾身癢，空調開了6個小時20度都不涼，光有聲音沒有風！半夜換房後，牆面依舊如此，床頭的牆體吸附着滿牆的毛羽，牆上還有大蜈蚣。小姐姐很耐心得幫我處理，但是這酒店的保潔實在是太差了！作為亞朵多年的鉑金會員，這是我遇到的最差的一間酒店！離開酒店後，還好意思發短訊索要好評，全然不知昨晚換房及發生的一系列事情！管理無比混亂！

前台服務熱情，一進店就奉茶，房間乾淨整潔，隔音也很不錯，晚上有免費的深夜粥到味道不錯，早餐種類多也好吃，退房時候還送暖心水，很滿意的一次入住體驗

酒店旁邊有火車站和有軌電車站，出行十分方便，去南湖也很近，房間乾淨，光線充足，服務員態度超好，礦泉水無限供應，深夜宵夜品種多。性價比高。

帶家人來嘉興玩，選了南湖天地這家亞朵因為臨近火車站，地下車庫步行3min就到南入站口，去南湖景區5min步行就到，停車、騎共享單車都方便。設施很新，全落地窗景色很好，也寬敞，房間亮亮堂堂，無線充電、空氣凈化器這些小細節，對咱帶家人的太友好。一入住就有茶喝，退房還送了瓶裝水，深夜的免費粥我真的愛爆！！！還有包子餃子和小菜絕了！工作人員也超級禮貌親切態度和善，每次見到都帶着微笑。
衞生超乾淨，房間沒異味，床品軟軟乎乎，害得是亞朵啊住着安心。早餐中西結合，品種多味道好，現煮麪條我直接👍。
雖説挨着火車站，本擔心吵，結果房間隔音厲害，一家人休息得舒舒服服。這次帶家人住這兒，體驗滿分，害得是亞朵啊！

位置雖然就在火車站 但是我們都沒有聽到噪音 地下車庫車位充足 但是沒有充電樁 房間非常舒服 抬頭就可以看到藍天 亞朵反正就是很穩定的住着舒服 有全身鏡有全身鏡有全身鏡 可以好朋友同時化粧

時隔一個月又回到了這家亞朵 給了我很多新的驚喜 最近天氣挺熱的 從車站出來走到大廳滿頭大汗 前台有個小夥子看到之後第一時間很貼心的送上了一瓶冰水 真的有從這些細節裏感受到亞朵的服務。酒店的早餐和深夜粥到感覺豐富了很多 酒後回到店裡喝上一碗粥 早上起來就沒那麼難受了。表揚一下酒店的空調 外面三十多度的天氣 房間的空調真的是風又大又涼快 特別舒服 之後來嘉興應該會無腦選擇這家亞朵啦
