The hotel is really decent, and the gym is fantastic as well as swimming pool. This hotel have the potential to go 5 stars but there is so much more that need to be improve. The breakfast is just so so so below par. Everything else is actually fantastic, there is a electric tram from the railway station straight to the front of the hotel and the room is spacious, the room is also clean and breakfast area looks good, just the food is not great....so looking forward for their improvement... I would definitely stay here again and again and hope they improve as times goes by.

Very cozy hotel with modern room design! Easy access to all major spots in Jiaxing, either by car or public transportation -tram station is just close to the hotel.
Very friendly front desk staff! Breakfast a bit basic, but good value for the money.

This time I was participating in the Jiaxing Half Marathon and found this hotel 2 kilometers from the starting point.
This is a new hotel. The hotel has specially arranged competition packages for guests participating in the marathon. At the same time, the breakfast time is earlier on the day of the competition. The service at the front desk is also very good and the response is quick. In short, it is a very warm hotel.
The room is bright, the air conditioner is large, the equipment is very new, the shower is very good, and the shower is very comfortable.
In addition, there are buses to and from Jiaxing South Station outside the hotel, which is very convenient.
If I participate again next year, I will definitely choose Youcha again😀

I went to experience it just because of the reviews. After the experience, the price was not cheap. I didn’t feel good anywhere else. To put it bluntly, it was just a new one. I really didn’t feel anything else. But the stay was okay. It was not as good as the online reviews.

這家酒店還是比較滿意的，雖然入住的大床房這個房間是有味道的，但是酒店可以馬上及時給我們更換到對面的雙床房，雙床房的房間呢，就會比較舒適一點，空間比較大嗯，酒店是機器人送餐的嗯，會送歡迎水果酒店的冰像是一個迷你吧，裏面有薯片和可樂酒店的娛樂星還是比較好的，就是有桌球場嗯，乒乓球籃球場還有一個游泳池，其實可以在酒店裡消耗一天，然後去周邊三到4公里的越秀集市

第二，服務不好，帶孩子住酒店，想讓孩子第一次嘗體驗一下機器人服務，前台冷言冷語説不可以。目前我們衹有快遞服務，你們沒有快遞不可以體驗，我説這上面不是有引領服務和迎賓服務麼？他直接説，沒有，我們這個功能現在不使用，不耐煩的表情。

酒店位置很便利，外面就是有軌電車車站！設施很齊全，服務也比較熱情周到，早餐也不錯。天氣熱得不行，南湖湖心島還挺涼快的。
