窯洞環境挺衞生搞得挺好！前台服務熱情，院內停車方便，被褥床單特別乾淨，還可以免費參觀的紅色文化博物館，來佳縣住紅憶窯洞酒店可以感受陝北獨特的民俗風情！

服務態度惡劣，衞生相當差，床單下面全部是垃圾，整個院壩到處是拉圾，整個酒點的品質和價格不相符。

院裏停車比較方便，房間大小適中，設施尚可，位置比較偏，周邊用餐和購物不大方便，原以為是炕，卻是床，睡在上面翻身會響。

很乾凈的套間，大炕能睡四個人，小炕能睡兩個人不像酒店的床太軟，硬床解乏，房間很大，沒有巴斯的味道，有一股檀香的味道，就是沒早餐，要開車出去吃

佳縣是個窮地方，所以酒店民宿也就這樣。打眼一看窯洞有些特色。就是設施老舊了，細節啥的談不上。湊合住吧。
