Contacted the hotel staff when we arrived and he came to the entrance to take us to the hotel. He also helped us carry our luggage. We need to purchase tickets to Xitang at the entrance.The hotel is quiet and seem to be quite empty on a weekday. Room comes with a balcony which overlook the river view. Good photo spot too. Room furnishing is a little dated but still good for 1 night stay. Location is an easy walk to eating places, bar and shops. It is peaceful during the night and sleep quality is good.

I encountered a typhoon and booked one night, and the original room type was gone. I thought that I was carrying my luggage and tried to tell the front desk that Xu Jing in the front hall understood that the original room type was indeed full, and then I arranged the same floor very thoughtfully, directly opposite the room. Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

This hotel is particularly worthy of praise. The location is extremely convenient. The back door leads directly to Xitang Ancient Town through Wuguniang Park. Wuguniang Park has beautiful scenery and you can go back and forth for sightseeing many times a day. The hotel breakfast is very good and the service is very thoughtful. The environment is clean, fresh and generous. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Xitang.

The room was very clean and soundproofed, so we didn't have to worry about the kids throwing tantrums and affecting other rooms. In the morning, we opened the window to see a pastoral landscape, with rapeseed fields in the distance and willow trees nearby, which was refreshing. The front desk guy and girl were also very nice. They gave the kids Ultraman and stickers, which was really heartwarming!

The most pertinent evaluation Health, environment, facilities are very good at this price! Five smiles were evaluated. The service, the front desk, including the hotel staff who took the room, are very good, very warm and thoughtful! But I met an old **! ! ! In the morning, in order to catch the high-speed rail, we left a little early. I went to the restaurant before 6:20. There was a slightly older woman who was not allowed to enter. She said that the time was not enough. Later, I said that I had to see the room card during the period. We ate some fruit and quickly prepared to hurry. At this time, I couldn't find the card. I was a little anxious. Then I went back and asked the elderly woman if the card showed her and I didn't get it back. I never expected this woman to not want to stand at the door with a very bad attitude, just like **. Especially hateful to say who took your card? Is it interesting? What am I doing with your card! ! You lost it yourself... You kept talking about it, staring and roaring. We didn't mess with it at first glance, it was really old **! Disgusting, hurry up and press the elevator and slip away...
