設施：有點陳舊了
衞生：很乾凈整潔
環境：門口是銀泰停車場，高峯時段有點嘈雜。
服務：服務很好，尤其是酒店的服務經理和24小時管家，對待客人很熱情，有事情叫得應。餐廳早餐中規中矩。

上週也住了，今天也住了，還是挺好的。位置也很方便，去哪裡都很近，旁邊就是蠻大的商圈，吃飯也很便捷，好吃的東西也多。

位置很好，離上海杉達學院嘉善校區很近，周邊就有個銀泰，找吃的也很方便，前台小姐姐都很有禮貌，也幫我們免費升級了房型，衞生也很滿意，影音效果也不錯，總體來説很滿意又續住了兩天

前台，客房，工程師都非常熱情友好。有應必答，及時處理！訪客登記直接刷臉錄入，規範安全。地下停車場可直接進入酒店電梯，永輝超市，羅森便利，美食城就在旁邊。最最關鍵，離杉達學院南門衹有500米，方便週末來看孩子。健身房餐廳洗衣房都在 J層，洗衣機是許多高檔酒店選擇的品牌LG，健身器材乾淨使用方便。前台美女善良可愛心地善良。

先説結論，應該是最差的酒店了，説三點：1，入住前台不給梳子，房間裏不給放梳子，後開送過來了。2，酒店投影電影需要會員，本來預訂的投影房間，會員需要買的話可以提前告知，結果也沒有，我用我自己的會員，讓酒店值班經理幫忙切換一下賬號，等了四五十分鐘。3，睡的正弄呢，電話來了一看時間三點鐘，説是有外賣一開門機器人送了條女士內褲過來，我一臉懵逼，瞬間睡意全無，細思極恐啊。住了這麼多年酒店真的有驚喜。投訴了酒店到現在為止沒結果。奉勸大家遠離這家酒店
