Nice hotel for a reasonable price. Located directly beside a big shopping mall, Covid19 test station is directly in front of the hotel. Next time in Jiashan I will come back !

這輩子第一次給了非五星好評！！再不考慮這家
早上11點就到了酒店，發現房間挨着銀泰的排氣口請求換個房間，給我的理由是其他房間還沒打掃好，我明確表示可以等房間換，又用其他理由推脱。想説將就一下了，躺在床上就發現一根殘留的長頭髮，然後無線網絡也是時有時無，房間的燈還一閃一閃的，怪嚇人的。。。
到了中午，外賣等了半小時一直沒上來，自己下樓取才發現機器人不動也沒人管。
尋思着這是電影房那就看會電影唄，結果一點下去全部是加載失敗。。沒有一部能看的！
最騷的來了，上廁所上到一半竟然有一男一女刷房卡進了我的屋子？？？打電話質問前台就回復我房卡做錯了然後就掛斷？？一個道歉也沒有！！
晚上9點鐘點的外賣能理解不想吵到其他住客所以沒用機器人送，但是好歹通知一下下去取唄？就5秒鐘的事情，放在那邊都涼了也沒人管。打電話問外賣為什麼不打電話，説是酒店會送上來
吐了，住了這麼多四星五星的，沒想到所有不好的事情都在同一個房間發生😂😂絕絕子！

酒店就在銀泰百貨樓上，吃飯、購物和出行都非常方便。一樓前台處還提供免費的飲料茶水及水果和小點心，讓賓客有種回家的感覺。早餐也非常豐富，服務人員都比較熱情，如果以後再去嘉善，還會選擇。

訂的威尼斯浴缸影音房，房間沒有電視機，是投影儀，浴缸有準備浴液和一次性泡澡袋，冰箱需要自己插一下電源～登記入住的時候會發放一次性洗漱用品，酒店早餐在J樓，出示早餐券或者報房號～自助早餐，種類挺豐富，就是餐廳有點小，坐的挺滿的，另外電梯有點小，因為帶了小嬰兒，兩個大人加個小推車，電梯基本就滿了～酒店旁邊就是銀泰商場，對面是嘉善圖書館～停車的話，掃前台停車券～
