Nice and clean hotel,with very comfortable bed.We took a room with hot spring inside which is not necessary,this hot spring near window and water there fill very slow.Swimming pool and hot springs in another building,have shuttle to get there,also can walk around few minutes.Breakfast was good ,but for dinner need to go to closest with hotel restaurants,have some good

30號晚上入住，訂了兩個房間，由於比較晚入住，又有長者小孩，前台給免費升了級，非常感謝！房間很寬敞，智能馬桶，戴森電吹風，裝修風格戲曲主題非常典雅，贈送温泉門票，還有四季花海，小火車，粉紅沙灘，小鹿，玩的很開心！下次會再約朋友一起來玩！

花了好久時間選擇温泉酒店，最終選了泓璟。淡季的温泉不需要人擠人，有包場的感覺，但是不如上海專門泡湯的店，這也正常畢竟消費不同。特別要點名表揚酒店，各方面都很滿意，服務特別好，入住時給小朋友送了好多小禮物，離開時又送了幾包小零食，真是滿載而歸！

週末帶娃出行，選了離上海開車過去就一個小時的嘉善的雲瀾灣
提前一天酒店有管家加了微信給了遊行攻略還有地址，一併溝通了一些入住要求
這次酒店🏨房間很寬敞，因為説了是給寶寶慶祝生日，所以稍許佈置了一下下，沒有粉色主題衹能弄成小狀元房
本次入住體驗感很不錯，唯一有點缺憾的是酒店這邊沒有健身房，健身房再温泉管那邊有點距離，營業時間也有點晚，還有早餐品類不是很豐盛，比起其他五星酒店飯店稍微遜色了一點點
但是總體體驗感還是可以的，等後面可以帶長者一起再來一次！

因為沒房了，所以訂了兩晚不同房型。第二天打電話問了前台什麼時候有房間，能直接換過去就行，我們在房間等着，前台一定要我們12點準時先下樓再去其它房間，後溝通後等有房出來再通知，有房了也沒打電話通知我們，還是我們自己再聯繫前台。送來的房卡還是不能用的，後自己下樓去換房卡，看着前台也沒這麼忙啊。服務變通還是有待提升。

🚗路程：從上海到嘉善還是很方便的，自駕的話大概四五十分鐘，節假日也不是很堵，但酒店停車比較緊張，可能是節假日，又碰上那邊有人結婚，所以我們應該承認以後後面去十里水鄉啥的都是打車出去的，就怕開車出去後沒地方停
🏠房間：定了一間行政親子套房和一間行政套房，客廳都很大，主卧也很大，次卧有點小，而且是一米五的床，略顯擁擠，但整體還是不錯的，房間裏也有泡池，這點還是比較好的
🔫玩：酒店對面就是四季花海，裏面很大，還有粉色沙灘，小朋友玩不錯，但如果是攜程上訂的話是不包含門票的，但酒店前台小姐姐很好給我們送了門票；景區温泉有單獨的一棟樓，離酒店不遠，步行的話六七分鐘吧，也可以讓酒店叫接駁車，過去還是很方便的，温泉♨️有三層，一層是温泉還有小朋友的水樂園，二層是休息區，三層有無邊泳池，拍照應該很出片
🥣吃：酒店一樓晚上有自助餐，但菜品一般吧，主要是吃小龍蝦和海鮮類的，喜歡吃小龍蝦的話可以去，128一位，但要提前跟酒店預約，不然可能第一批吃不上，要等位，相比來説我很喜歡酒店的自助早餐🤦；景區內吃的話温泉對面的老村長還不錯，性價比很高
總體來説還是不錯的～

整個酒店隨處可見的中國戲曲元素！酒店大堂還有個小戲台，會有互動和表演。大堂還有一架三角鋼琴，任何人都可以隨意彈奏，很多孩子一個接一個的展示才藝，不像很多酒店，擺一台鋼琴做擺設，然後弄個圍欄，不讓人彈。房間也很不錯、乾淨整潔，前台不聲不響的幫我升級到行政房，進了房間才知道，有種做好事不留名的意思。晚上還送了入住水果，除了一般的香蕉，小香梨，蘋果外，還有時令水果荔枝！體驗感很好，下次去還住這家酒店！
