訂的桔子酒店乾淨衞生，前台幾位小妹妹態度非常好，離古鎮不遠。晚上從古鎮回來換了二位小哥哥態度也非常好，價格很實惠。非常滿意。

酒店離景區近，停車方便，酒店還有免費的漢服可以穿，去景區步行十分鐘左右，旁邊有大超市，有瑞幸咖啡，肯德基，很方便，工作人員也很熱情，有問題都及時迴應解決，衞生環境很不錯👍體驗感很好，下次還會再來，推薦推薦

出行以來性價比最高的桔子水晶（淡季錯峯出遊的優勢），雖然已經不新了，但房間很乾凈，設施總體很完善，衞生間淋浴間使用後會有返味，離開時已經告知前台，前台也很積極地表示會立即解決。離西塘近，可以慢慢走路過去。可以免費停車，適合自駕遊。服務非常好，員工禮貌熱情，主動服務意識很強，為客人調整更舒適的房間，主動告知客人旅行的路線，時時微笑面對，因為這些可愛的員工，彌補了這家桔子水晶硬件上的一些不足，依然給人良好入住體驗。

**刷到這邊景區古建築羣，終於抽時間過來逛一下，天天上班偶爾出來一下感覺挺好，欣賞白天和夜晚的景色，臨河飯店吃飯，累了回酒店休息，酒店服務挺好，熱情周到，回頭帶家裡長者出來玩。
