在這繁忙的都市中，我和老張找到了一個難得的靜謐之地一-[維也納-嘉善古鎮店]。從入住的那一刻起，貼心的服務就讓我感受到了家的温暖。前台**和鹿老闆的笑容如春風拂面，耐心解答我所有的疑問。房間設計簡約而不失雅緻，每一處細節都透露出對客人的關懷。尤其是那張舒適的床，讓疲憊的我，一躺下，就沉漫在甜美的夢境中。清晨，在陽光的照耀下醒來。洗刷完畢，慢步來到用餐區，讓我驚訝的是，維也納--嘉善古鎮店竟然有着豐富的文化底藴，看着書架上琳琅滿目的書籍，我拿起來朝花夕拾，迎面來的鹿頭老闆，卻遞給了我的一本來自中國現代作家--朱自清名作《背影》，恰近中秋，翻開這本充既熟悉又陌生的書籍，讓長期工作在外的我陷入對親人的深深思念了。再默然回神望着餐桌上**為我們精心準備的早餐，真實一種別樣的感動。這次入住體驗，讓我對[維也納-嘉善古鎮店]留下了深刻的温馨的印象，期待下次再次光臨。

這家酒店第二次居住環境衞生都還可以，服務也蠻好的，就是這次訂的家庭房設施，有損壞，吹風機用不了，希望酒店能夠儘快更換損壞的小電器之類的東西。

很好房間很乾凈，安排了很寬敞的房間還有高樓層，前台很熱情服務很好，下雨還給打傘，酒店周邊很方便，餐飲味道也不錯，酒店還有酒吧，家裡人聚聚還不錯，早餐也很好
