It was located in the xitang water town. Our main concern was the toilet with only a sheer curtain. I hope they can change the curtain to black to avoid awkwardness during toilet break

We had a wonderful stay! It was a little tricky to find the place at first — totally our fault for not knowing the language — but a very kind local helped guide us right to it. The check-in was super easy, and the host made sure we had everything we needed, even showing us how to use the Wi-Fi and other amenities. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Xitang, close to everything.
The only small downside (which had nothing to do with the hotel itself) was some noise from what sounded like a nearby party or club at night. It didn’t bother me, but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, everything was perfect — highly recommend for anyone visiting this beautiful water town!

A bit difficult to locate if you don't use Baidu maps, and can't speak Chinese to ask for directions. But location is great, as it's inside the scenic area (which means you need to pay an additional 95RMB, the gate fee to enter the scenic area if you arrive before 5pm. After 5pm is free and once you're in, you can roam around for free for the entirety of your trip.)
Back to the hotel, I initially thought I'd have a view of the river, but was disappointed when I found out my room didn't have that. But still enjoyed the bathtub and the little courtyard. Nice host and cleaners, lots of places to eat and drink close by.

Location a bit hard to find but perfect inside Xitang. Free entry after 5pm on weekdays and 9pm on weekends so time your arrival. Room is bare and not too clean. Air conditioning a little weak. Only disposable bath and band towels provided. No one around to request for stuff. Have to call the number.

It was very hard to find with maps it is not where it is shown. You need to call them and speak Chinse, which we don't. Only with the help of a police man who called them and they came to pick us up we could find it. The was as described but we thought it also had a balcony mistakenly. The view is nice and overall enjoyed Xitang.

In the next "Mission Impossible" movie, the mission will be to find this hotel. It is nowhere near the spot that appears in the map and there are no signs (not even if you stand in front of it) to guide you. The only thing that was clean was the bedding. Average space in the room. Location is inside the ancient town of Xitang. I don't need to say that staff cannot speak English (it's a rarity in China).

The room was clean and cozy, located right in the center of Xitang village — super convenient! I got a bit lost at first because you need to buy a ticket to enter the area, but the hotel staff were very helpful. The manager even came to meet me and helped me find the way. Great experience overall!
