The hotel staff's guidance was also dishonest, so I was even more confused. Hotel staff have no on-the-job training, are unprofessional, immature, and unkind.

It was my first time to stay in Jiaozuo. I have always liked the loft hotel and it was a great experience. The bathroom also has wet and dry separation and a large bay window. There are bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The sofa is also very soft and there is a small table for eating and putting on makeup. The room is very convenient and spacious. The service staff is also very friendly. The front desk also provides a lot of small things that everyone can use, such as nail clippers, brown sugar, earplugs and so on. There is also a free washing machine that can be used. The hot water is very considerate and the water is relatively fast. I am very satisfied with it. Check-in experience, I will choose here if necessary next time
