The room is clean and well-equipped

The room was very clean. The front desk staff had a very good service attitude. They upgraded the room for free and helped with cleaning and opening windows for ventilation every day. Five-star recommendation

I checked in at night, and after taking a shower in the early morning and lying in bed for half an hour, I developed symptoms similar to a rash on my body. I couldn't stand it anymore and chose to check out and took a taxi at my own expense to check in at another hotel. After waking up, the symptoms were still there. The merchant never insisted that it was not the hotel's problem. I think this attitude is very, very bad, and there was no behavior of checking out or compensating me. I am tired. I can only say that I hope other consumers will open their eyes and distinguish carefully🙏

There was a power outage in the room for three hours in the morning, and no one notified me. I went downstairs to ask and was told that there was no air conditioning, and I had to drink cold water and take cold showers. The result of communicating with the hotel was not satisfactory, and my basic rights were not guaranteed, resulting in a poor stay experience.
