過年回家晚班飛機，住了一晚。
房間衞生太差，空調幾乎不制熱。接機很順利，但送機卻讓我情緒失控。
按我事先預估，7：00出發合適，入住時前台説7點沒車，6：30會準時出發，於是我在前台登記了次日6：30送地鐵站。
但次日6：30我到前台時，沒見到車，前台人也沒有。打電話，一直沒人接，後來終於接了，告訴我一會兒車就到。
酒店在十字路口，路在修，各種亂。等了一會兒，一直不見車。又電話問，才知道原來是叫了網約車，並非酒店接送專車；我衹能提醒店家要讓車開到酒店門口，不然我不知道在哪個路邊上車。
又過了幾分鐘，還是不見車。再電話，店家告訴我他再幫我聯繫司機。還是不見車來，我又電話，店家説司機取消訂單了，他再幫我約。
過了一會兒，有車開到酒店門口，問我是不是去機場？我是去地鐵站。於是又電話跟店家確認，這會兒才告訴我網約車的車牌號，就是停在我面前、以為要送我去機場的車！
我真的忍不住了：
1、 如果是網約車而非酒店定時班車，為什麼一定要我提前半小時出發？而且幾經折騰，等我最終上車時已經快7點了，浪費了我差不多半小時！
2、 既然叫了網約車，為什麼不關注車輛動態，非得等我一次又一次追問才發現訂單被取消？
3、 我已經很着急了，再次約好車後，為什麼不主動告訴我車牌號，非得車來了逼我再次電話跟他確認車輛訊息？？
這樣的服務，以後是絕對不會再來住了！！！

房間設施老舊，空調還是壞的，床單還是破的，房間還有蚊蟲，一次性拖鞋質量賊差，穿上都能看到腳。大半夜樓道吵吵，影響睡眠，（機場附近可以理解半夜有人入住，但是你也不能連着吵吵半個多小時），也沒有人員管理。體驗感很差。前台戴眼鏡的服務人員態度賊差，一點服務意識都沒有，還有標註的送機，結果約定時間到了，還沒有車，打電話問了才告知車壞了，作為酒店管理人員，車壞了你不早早做打算，還是打電話問了之後才慢悠悠過來處理，過來説給叫滴滴，磨磨唧唧的，滴滴還嫌人數多，取消訂單。耽誤出行，差點延誤飛機。總之酒店服務不好環境不好。體驗感很差。

説是半夜也可以接送，打電話沒人。 自己打車過去了，連前台都沒人，我是真服了。你要是房卡自助，你好歹也寫一下？ 等了**快一小時，困得不行，隨便拿個房卡進去， 空調異響，吵的不行，乾脆沒開，熱得要死，還沒有熱水，毛巾都用薄了，還在用，廁所結構也是離譜，和洗澡打透明隔斷的意義是？做兩個門的意義是？總共睡了不到6小時 還**提醒2點退房，真6。沒投訴你們已經算好的了。
