Great hotel and good service

The hotel is clean and tidy, with convenient transportation and free airport pick-up and drop-off

It was very late when we arrived at the airport, and the flight was delayed, so we didn’t collect our luggage until one o’clock. The hotel pick-up and drop-off was very quick, so I could simply sleep and travel to Qingdao city the next day.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The service is excellent, the environment is elegant, and the airport pick-up service is also very considerate. I must give it a thumbs up!

Very close to Jiaodong subway station, the mutton soup nearby is delicious and not expensive. It is the best choice to stay one night and catch the flight early the next morning. Make an appointment for airport transfer in advance. The boss will call half an hour in advance to get ready for the car to arrange airport transfer. The floor heating room is very warm.

The hotel is very nice, clean and hygienic. The service was particularly attentive. It was the first time for my family to transit in Qingdao. Airport pick-up and drop-off are carefully arranged. It's a great hotel. I look forward to our next visit.

The airport pick-up service is good, and the room has heating, which is a plus. Many hotels in Qingdao don't have heating.

It's friendly, the facilities are clean, and everything is nice, but the smell of cigarettes is too strong. The rooms on the lower and upper floors all smoke, so the smell comes into the room. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was difficult.

The room is well-equipped, clean, tidy and comfortable, and the service attitude is very good. Free airport pick-up, our flight is at 7 o'clock in the morning, and we received a call at 4:30 to remind us to get up on time, and we were sent to the airport for free at 5 o'clock.
