Hotel facilities and service were all very good. The outdoor pool was bigger than expected and overall the hotel and rooms are very spacious. Not much to do around the hotel but it was a short walk to the nearest mall with an ok selection of shops and restaurants. Thanks to Tina on reception for her help too!

1. The room was EXTREMELY HOT. Even with the setting at 16°C, there was no control of the temperature. There was only heated air coming in. I had to climb up very high to partially open a very tight ventilator, but it didn't help much. I had to sleep naked due to the heat.
2. The plastic covering of the amenities (toothbrush, comb, ear buds, etc) is very difficult to open. I actually struggled to open them. I am a fit, 59 year-old with no disabilities.
3. The first night, there was no shaving kit and body lotion in the room. However, upon request, it was provided.
4. The spa is overpriced.
