房間本身衞生什麼的還行，但是店長太差了用了升房權益看着還是大床房非要説已經是商務大床房了，你要是沒房間沒升房就直説沒升房騙人算怎麼個意思，房間自己看圖到底是普通大床房還是商務大床房，上午到哪兒去了，跟你商務大床房的圖是不是一樣的然後房間面向馬路，晚上一直有大車經過，很吵，下樓説換個房間的方向，店長還問了我們換房原因，結果最後給我説同樣的房型都讓人按房間號預訂走了，衹剩這一間，我就好奇了其他人沒入住的情況下還能選房號裝自己是幾星級酒店呢我請問？而且真沒房的話問我換房原因幹嘛一早就直説沒房了就行總的來説就是房間衞生沒問題，但是噪聲大，服務態度裝得還行背地裡全搞騙人那套
