新酒店就是棒，裝修設計風格現代簡約大氣。非常滿意，前台工作人員第一天小美女，笑容滿面，熱情周到詢問我們的需求，幫助我們達成心願，住得開心。第二天前台小姐姐也是極其熱情。
衞生：相當乾淨，鵝絨被舒適，各種用品也相當高級，不是低端產品。用着放心。
環境：緊臨蛟河水，學府橋。走幾百米就到夜市，水果相當便宜。蛟龍果，當地特產，太好吃了。

房間非常乾淨整潔，衞生間很大乾濕分離，住的很舒服，早餐也非常好吃，位置也很好，旁邊有一條美麗的小河，離夜市早市非常近，很方便，有機會下次還會再來的

平時都住品牌大店，這次經過蛟河時間很晚，看了網評果斷定了這家，確實名不虛傳，輕奢而精緻，工作人員熱情細膩，早餐吃完各式飯菜，喝一杯濃豆漿看着室外雨中行走的人羣，很是舒適，不得不説，一定要如實評價

酒店地理位置優越，近南河及南河公園，方便休閑散步。離人民廣場，飯店和各主要商場也都步行可達。去拉法山遊玩打車也很方便。酒店外觀低調，內裝輕奢風格，各項設施完善齊備，還貼心地為客人準備了各類書籍供閑暇時閲覽。房間安靜明亮，酒店總體乾淨整潔，前台小妹熱情好客，積極主動，樂於助人，早餐豐富美味。軟硬件都嘎嘎好，非常愉悦的入住體驗，必須5星好評！

前台和餐廳的姐姐們服務都很好，衹是房間設施實在是無法忍受，住了一晚不間斷的水流聲從四面八方傳來，外邊人們走路説話都能聽的特別清楚，可能是我那個房間離電梯太近的緣故，水流聲一晚上沒間斷嘩啦啦了一夜，有一次水流聲音大直接吵醒了，不知道為什麼無法添加視頻呢，還拍了很多水流聲音的視頻，早餐不錯的
