The master of the pick-up and drop-off service is warm, the two little sisters at the front desk are lively and cheerful, the boss is bright and atmospheric, the hotel is on the island in the middle of the lake, the scenery is quite awkward, the dishes in the hotel restaurant are also delicious, recommend the spicy chicken and green pepper shredded pork, Nothing else is known. For my northerners, the overall evaluation of staying at the hotel for the first time gave 10 points.

The hotel was clean, and near TFU airport. The staffs were supportive even though we checked in late at midnight, and they don’t speak English really well. We need to use translate app to talk to receptionist. Overall is great choice to rest after flight to Chengdu 😇

GGuest UserThe room is big enough, with complete facilities and relatively new decoration. The elevator can reach the floor by swiping a card. It is highly secure, clean and quiet. There are many special foods around. It is very convenient. There is an airport bus to pick up and drop off the airport. The car arrives at the door to check in. The brother at the front desk enthusiastically helps with the luggage. The lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The check-in is completed very quickly, and she reminds you of the surrounding food, the airport pick-up time and precautions. She reminds you to gather in the lobby 40 minutes in advance to wait for the bus

Ssuan yuan aswini checked in on the 3rd Jan. Everything with the hotel was great. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Location was good, quick walk from hotel to airport terminal. It was a very good and fuss free 1 night stay. We enjoyed it pretty much. But what i read about having able to check in luggages at the door and be able to recieve boarding passes was not make known to me. When i asked about it, the VIP security clearance passes was then passed to me and was quickly brushed off when i asked further. How to use the security clearances was not explained properly also, we end up not using it. The front desk services was definitely not befitting to the hotel standards. Training must be of priority to ensure proper communications to hotel guests what the hotel has to offer as standard benefits

Beyond worth the price I paid ^^
I had 1 night to wait around TFU for my parent to join the trip. I only expected afforable price airport hotel.
This hotel had everything I looked for;
* Affordable price
* Cleanliness
* Free airport transfer
* Food street near by
* Lift
How the pick up works; After booked you may contact the hotel or via trip for hotel wechat. The hotel staff always answered wechat promptly! Once arrived airport just message them then they will tell you which floor & gate to wait outside. Once at the outside part of that gate take your selfie with the gate no. & send them to confirm then hotel will provide the van license plate no. (Since I texted them up to the pick up took 23 mins). The hotel will text in Chinese of course but copy paste in translate app is not too hard to understand.
Hotel facilities;
I found the hotel was decent for this budget.
The lady at reception was friendly & helpful. The hotel was simple but accomodating. There were 3 things better mention for other travellers;
1) The room that ready for check-in here will be left open door. For me, It's odd compare to most places that use room key since first enter but here door was opened.
2) The washroom equipped with ”Floor Squat Toilet”. It was a cultural shock for me at first seeing this in a hotel room. But then I came to undestand it designed for budget hotel to also use it as a drainer.
3) Towels were yellowish. I suggest to bring your own. But the bedsheets were decent.
Food street; Step out of the hotel & turn left...The whole food street just 5 minutes away by walk!! Restaurants, Hotpots, Fruits stores, Minimarts, Pharmacies, Vender stalls & etc. There was 1 microwave available at the lobby.
Overall, It was a cost efficient stay for me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for airport hotel around TFU.

GGuest UserThis place was very clean and professional. I was surprised to get such a good place for the price I paid. The staff were very helpful and were good at English. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport in the morning when I left. There may have been a way to get a free pickup from the airport too, but I didn’t figure that out in time, and I just called a Didi (Uber-like system in China).
Before this I had stayed at several other budget hotels in a different part of the China, and even at roughly the same price, they were not half as good as this one. So I was really impressed with this place. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable.
The only reason I took one star off for Amenities was because there was no mini-fridge and no closet, though there was a unenclosed place to hang clothes. I liked the comfortable chair and footstool by the window with its own little table. I relaxed in that for a while, drinking the provided tea. The desk was helpful too.

AAnonymous UserStayed at Joyhub Cheer Hotel during a long transit layover in Chengdu. Firstly, you will need to get a temporary visa if you’re a foreigner and you can do this at the airport just ask the inquiry desk. Translate apps help. On your way over taxi drivers will try to tell you the hotel is somewhere else. Only listen to airport workers and follow the signs. Once you’re at the hotel it’s a nice experience. Quiet place. Upscale room. Lots of panda sculptures and other art. Wifi is horrible, made my meetings almost impossible. The breakfast buffet was good. The room service I ordered wasn’t great. It worked for my situation of a long layover at Chengdu Tianfu. 3.5/5

ББалашоваЕкатеринаWhen flying from Moscow to Nha Trang, I had a transfer to Chengdu. I was sure that the airline had booked a room for me at the time of the transfer. But no one met me and couldn't help me find a representative and literally by mistake I got to this Derunda hotel in Chengdu. The hotel staff tried very hard to help me, explaining that I do not have a reservation from the air carrier and if I want to stay, I have to pay. I didn't have enough cash, and the card doesn't work in China, I was confused. But one girl working in a hotel showed special kindness to me and great patience to help. I used the translation app and my kind heart. She helped me calm down and find the right solution. My daughter booked a room online at this hotel and paid for it with a card also online. Thus, I was able to spend time comfortably in this hotel, very beautiful and cozy, a beautiful room, and an incredibly large and comfortable bed allowed me to sleep after a long flight. I was also provided with a transfer to the airport from the hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel and, especially, Pan Jing. This is my savior's girlfriend ❤️

GGuest UserBooked this place for an overnight stay in between transit, it serves its purpose. Free airport pickup (call the hotel upon arrival, but do note they might pick up other passengers going to other hotels so if you're in a big rush, better to book your own DiDi, it's not expensive), nothing to complain about room wise. In the morning there's free airport drop-off as well, just provide your flight details and they will arrange a time to pick you up.
Tip - you might want to give yourself a bit more buffer if you're new to China or the domestic airport, they picked me up 1.5 hrs before my flight and I had barely an hour left by the time I got to the airport. Had to cut the check-in queue otherwise I'd have missed my flight. Ask them to pick you up at least 2 hrs before, the queue at the bag drop counter is rather long! Then there's the queue at the immigration and security areas as well... and all this includes me being able to speak and read Chinese. Can't imagine how much more harrowing it'd have been for someone who can't navigate the language!

GGuest UserThe time at the hotel was excellent. Picked up at the airport, then a most comfortable room with bathroom. Wang Hai Tao was exceptional at the reception; he looked after me very well. He was the most kind organising my trip back to the Airport and even my evening meal. Although Wang could speak little or no English, he was always able to help. I recommend others to try this hotel not far from the Airport. Stay Safe! Take Care! May God Bless! franco

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.

AAnonymous UserFlight arrived around midnight and the free airport pickup was still available. They do not have a WeChat number to call. I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off.
Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers.
Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business.
The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos.
Overall ok for just 1 night stay.
