I checked in on July 14, when the weather was relatively hot and humid. I felt that the quilts and bed sheets were wet, and I used a hair dryer to blow it for a long time. The next day I left the hotel relatively early, and my daughter said that there were a lot of mosquitoes and bite a lot of packets. I didn't pay attention, it didn't disappear after three days, so I went to the hospital to have a look. Sure enough, a bug bit the hotel that night. Pay attention to hotel hygiene.

The price for such a new and smart hotel is great value! I came here to do something last-minute and searched all the hotels in Jianyang. I felt that this one was relatively new and had a sense of technology. The decoration and facilities are very good, the bedding and bath towels are clean, and there are no dead spots in the bathroom. The bedding is not damp or smelly The breakfast is rich and the environment is really clean

As mentioned by other reviewers, this hotel is far from city centre. We took Didi to a nearby shopping centre called Xihai Plaza, recommended by the receptionist (about 20 mins), where there is more shopping and food options. Breakfast is quite chaotic at 6.30am as there are so many guests rushing for the 2 super slow coffee machines. Food queue is quite long and stressful for those rushing for the 7am shuttle to the airport. The staff actually asked us for our flight time and told us the shuttle bus time to leave for the airport. They even give us a morning call to remind us to board the bus. I’d like to specially mention the shuttle bus driver who was very responsible and helped to load the luggage and passengers onto the shuttle which left punctually at 7am.

The transportation is convenient. Take Line 18 to Sancha, then transfer to bus No. 11 and get off at Wucha Road, and walk about 1,000 meters. The hotel has an excellent services and ambience. It is recommended to stay if you have a medium transit time and doesnt want to go too far from airport. The room, bathroom, linen, and lobby area was clean. The staff was friendly and helpfull, especially Alex. I was looking for my ID copy that is misplaced and he is helping me much on the process. The receptionist are english spoken, too. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus from / to Tianfu Airport. There are some stores accros the hotel lobby, i.e: minimarket, noodle store, mutton soup store (Note: the mutton soup was good). We are travelling with one teenager and 6 years old kid. We are satisfied with the hotel. Thank you for welcoming us..
